Galeo tries to communicate with it while the governor thinks that the boot will attack Snorkland. Tooter finds out the truth about the so-called invader and examines it. While examining it, Junior comes up and Tooter plays a trick on him, making him think that the aliens are attacking. Junior starts a story that gets out of hand.
